LOCARNO FILM FESTIVAL 365
LOCARNO FILM FESTIVAL 365
In 1946, at the height of the cultural enthusiasm of the reconstruction, the House of Cinema was built in Locarno, Switzerland. With its summer program, the Locarno Film Festival aims at the large public and film lovers alike. With settings such as the democratic space of the Piazza Grande – the largest open-air cinema in the world with 8,000 seats – the Locarno Film Festival offers a unique venue for discovering the best of national and international film creation: from fiction to documentaries, from feature films to shorts, from new cinematic frontiers to the rediscovery of treasures of the past.
The donation supports the film festival.
