Since its launch in 2012, the project has trained more than 175 young artisans and targets to finance 1,000 apprenticeships. The project is aimed at young graduates of the best art and craft schools in Italy. The selected candidates participate in a four-week “Mini-Master” program supported by the prestigious universities of Milan before taking up a six-month apprenticeship in a workshop, a great master craftsman

The fund makes an annual donation to finance a student’s apprenticeship.
